Performs a full range of works on electrochemical/cathodic protection in conjunction with leading construction organizations, oversees the construction, installation, adjustment, measurement of protective potentials, develops operational documentation, transfers the system into operation (operation under the contract), commissioning.

 

Design and execution of electrochemical/cathodic protection of underground structures.

  Design of electrochemical/cathodic protection of underground structures is conducted on the basis of corrosion surveys/ investigations and includes:
- calculations on the technical and economic choice of the length of the protective zone along the underground structure, taking into account the optimal distribution of protective potentials;
- choice of standard manufacturing equipment (rectifiers/power supplies, PCRs, OVPs, isolating joints, etc.) and supply of new equipment (electric-drainage devices);
- coordination of design decisions.
   Projects are being developed for electrochemical/cathodic protection of industrial sites (power plants, etc.) provide with the power supply up to three-phase converters for impressed current cathodic protection and electric drainage devices (polarization drainage, forced drainage) for interference purposes.
